Khalid Radi worked as a carpenter in Morocco from the age of 14 years old. He learnt his trade with his father and now designs and creates his own works of art in the Lincolnshire Wolds, UK.
"Everything I make comes from my heart."
With over 29 years of experience he can apply his vast knowledge of wood and produce items with an old or a contemporary twist. Many of his productions use “araar”, a traditional wood from the cedar family, which only grows in Morocco. Its beautiful grain (from the root of the tree) and fragrant smell make the wood very special.
