Refunds

• Cancellations made within the notice period will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the notice period may be subject to a 20% fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

• Include your full name, email address and order number. 

Exceptions

• In cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer flexibility at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items
